Konpa Watamu is a 3-day weekender experience celebrating Haitian Konpa music, dance, and culture on the beautiful Kenyan coast. Expect beach parties, live performances, and dance workshops with an amazing international and local crowd.

• If you pay in full, your ticket will be confirmed immediately.

• If you choose installments, your booking will only be confirmed and your ticket issued once the full amount is paid by the stated deadline.

• Installments are non-refundable, and failure to pay in full will result in booking cancellation without refund.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including non-attendance, travel issues, illness, or visa denial.

Yes. Tickets are transferable if requested in writing and approved by Kitel Mache Ltd. The new ticket holder must agree to the Terms & Conditions before entry will be granted.

While we aim to deliver the announced line-up and schedule, artists, venues, or activities may change without notice. No refunds or compensation will be issued for program changes.

You are personally liable for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required in your accommodation. Charges will be billed directly to you by the hotel or recharged to you by Kitel Mache Ltd.

In the case of circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including extreme weather, government restrictions, or similar events, no refunds will be issued.

Outside food and beverages are only allowed at specific events designated by the Organizer. Many venues, especially bars and partnered restaurants, do not permit outside food or drinks.

Yes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and archival purposes. All media belongs to Kitel Mache Ltd. and may be used without additional consent.

You can choose:

• Flight: Book Jambojet (or another airline) to Malindi Airport, then take a taxi to Watamu (approx price 2000 KES on Bolt)

• Train: Book the SGR from Nairobi to Mombasa for Friday 21 November. You can join the Konpa Watamu shuttle buses from Mombasa to Watamu only if you arrive on the Friday 2:00 PM train. Return shuttle buses will be available only for the Monday afternoon train back to Nairobi.
